Free · one hour · at your office · Ottawa, Gatineau, Prescott-Russell

One hour at lunch. Watch your week get shorter.

A free lunch and learn for offices where the week disappears into quotes, follow-ups, and the same emails. Bring your team, I bring the hour: 11:30 to 12:30, your boardroom, and three jobs from your own week handed off on the screen in front of everyone. No slides about the future. The thing, working, on your own examples.

Free

You provide the room and lunch. No fee, no upsell from the front.

60 minutes

11:30 to 12:30, on the clock. Your team is back at their desks by 12:31.

Live

Nothing pre-recorded. The jobs get handed off on the screen while the room watches.

Your examples

The demo is built on the jobs your team names over lunch, not on a deck made for someone else.

What actually happens

Sixty minutes. Your team. Three real jobs handed off.

Picture a brokerage in Orléans with twenty-five agents. Between showings, each of them writes quotes, listing descriptions, and the same six emails a week. By 12:30 they have watched three of those jobs get handed off on their own examples, and each of them has a number for what the rest would give back.

  1. 11:30

    Lunch, and two questions

Everyone eats. Each person answers the two questions I ask every owner: what eats the most time that you wish it did not, and roughly how many hours a week it costs. Ten minutes, and the room has its own numbers before the demo starts.

  2. 11:45

    Three jobs, handed off live

Claude Desktop on the screen. I take the three jobs the room just named and hand them off one at a time, on a real example from your office. For a brokerage that usually looks like a quote that writes itself from your own price list, the follow-up after a showing, and the inbox sorted before the first coffee.

  3. 12:10

    What it took

The thirty minutes of setup behind what you just watched, shown rather than described. Chapter 6 of the free book walks through the same thirty minutes, and everyone in the room leaves with the book.

  4. 12:20

    Questions

In English or in French. The ones about your business, not about the technology.

  5. 12:30

    Done, on time

Your team is back at their desks with their own number for the week, three jobs they watched get handed off, and the book that shows how.

How many hours this gives back depends on the job and on the person; the point of the two questions is that each person measures their own.

Who it is for

Offices where the week goes to paperwork.

If your people spend their afternoons on quotes, follow-ups, and the same messages, this is built for them. If the work is all on site and never at a desk, it is not.

  • Real estate brokerages and property managers
  • Insurance and mortgage offices
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, and law firms
  • Clinics and practices with a front desk
  • Dealerships and trades offices with a dispatch desk
  • A room that wants a talk about where AI is going
  • A team with nobody at a desk
  • Anyone hoping for a coding class

Why it is free

Because this is how owners in the region get to know me.

I have spent 30 years helping business owners save time with better technology, and I am a registered Anthropic partner. An hour in your office is the shortest honest way to show what that looks like on a real desk. Some people in the room will want more afterward. Most will just keep the hour they got back. Both are fine with me.

Educational content. Results depend on your business and how you apply it.

Book a lunch and learn

Tell me about the office, and pick a few dates.

Takes about a minute. I reply within two business days with a date and what to have in the room.

The three jobs your team complains about most are the three I will demo.

Rather talk first? Book a free 15 minute call and I will ask the same questions out loud.

Questions offices ask

The short answers.

What does it cost?

Nothing. You provide the room, a screen I can plug into, and lunch for your team. I bring the hour.

What is Claude Desktop?

The assistant program the demonstration runs in. It is the one I use with every owner. It stays on the screen for the whole hour, so the room sees what it does on a real desk before anyone decides whether they want it on theirs. Nobody has to buy or install anything to watch.

Is this a sales pitch?

Not from the front of the room. Some people will want more afterward: the free book, the community, a 15 minute call about their own week. That is their move to make, not mine, and it happens after the hour, not during it.

Does anyone need to prepare?

Only the answers to the two questions, and those take a minute over lunch. If you already know the three jobs your team complains about most, put them in the form and I will build the demo on them.

How big a team?

Ten to forty people in one room works. Bigger than that, two sessions on the same day, so the questions stay useful.

Can it run in French?

Yes. English, French, or the mix your office already speaks.

Where do you go?

Ottawa, Gatineau, and Prescott-Russell, at your office. Further out, ask; a morning drive is usually fine.

Want the version for a whole region instead of one office? That is the free community workshop. Serve business owners for a living rather than employ them? Then it is the partner assessment. And between all of it, the free community.
